Job Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java (Java 8+ preferred).
• Deep understanding of Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
• Hands-on experience with design patterns, multi-threading, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles or consulting engagements is highly desirable.
